The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, under the Government of Pakistan, has officially granted federal status to Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan. This major milestone was formally recognized through a notification issued by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, which was handed over in a prestigious ceremony held in Islamabad.

This federal recognition marks a historic moment and stands as a testament to the visionary leadership and educational philosophy of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. It reflects the growing national acknowledgment of efforts to revive and restructure Islamic education in Pakistan on modern and professional lines.

Under the dynamic leadership of Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman MQI Supreme Council, and the intellectual guidance of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan aims to elevate the scholarly, spiritual, and training standards of religious seminaries across the country.

A special mention was also made of the Virtual Institute of Islamic Sciences, a digital educational initiative affiliated with Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan. The degrees awarded by the Virtual Institute will carry the same recognition and HEC verification as those issued by Nizam-ul-Madaris itself. This integration ensures nationwide and global academic credibility for online Islamic education, facilitating access to standardized and certified Islamic scholarship.
In a congratulatory message, President of MQI, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, lauded the efforts of MQI workers and educational contributors around the world, stating that this federal recognition is a monumental success for the entire Minhaj-ul-Quran community.
